How do we purchase your pieces?

Please email your enquiry with information regarding your project to sales@camerondesignhouse.com and one of the team to get back to you with a quotation. We have a dedicated team of designers on hand to help with your project needs and offer a complimentary design service for all projects.


Are the pieces bespoke and customisable?

Yes, all of our pieces are bespoke and handmade to order by our talented team of artisans in our Hertfordshire workshops. We have a team of designers on hand to assist with configuring our designs to meet your project requirements.


Are the pieces UL listed?

The majority of our products comply with UL 2108:2015 (Low Voltage Lighting Systems Ed.2+R:06Dec2019) and are approved for the American market. They carry the ETL mark control number 5026596. Please check the 'technical details' section on the relevant product page. If the piece is not UL-listed, we can look into doing a one-off listing for you.


Do you have a range of finishes available?

We have a wide variety of polished and brushed metal finishes, and powder coated finishes available for each piece. Please contact us sales@camerondesignhouse.com to request a sample pack.


What is the lead time?

Typically we work to a 12 week lead time, and please allow for an additional week for shipping depending on the final destination. If you have a tighter deadline, we offer an expediting service however please note this is for an additional fee.


Do you offer a trade discount?

We work with the leading interior designers, architects and specifiers around the world. Apply for a trade account here.


Do you have any international sales representatives?

We handle all international sales enquiries directly from Cameron Design House HQ in London, UK. Please contact Imogen Spry, our Sales Manager, with any international sales enquiries at imogen@camerondesignhouse.com.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we work with a global shipping company that specialises in transporting luxury goods across the world to be certain that your pieces are in safe hands. 


Is it possible to see the pieces in person?

We have several partner showrooms around the world to display our pieces, discover our current Partner Showrooms here. Please email katie@camerondesignhouse.com to book a visit.

Do you have 3D files available for your designs?

Yes, please visit our Downloads section to access the specification sheets and technical drawings for our designs.


Do you offer support during the installation process?
