Wyelands Estate is a beautiful listed property set in the heart of the Welsh countryside. With interior design being lead by Project One, Cameron Design House were approached to design and manufacture several unique pieces for this special project.
"Listed houses are great to visit but can difficult to live so we were asked to satisfy the listed consent officer while updating this tried country pike into a an elegantly friendly family home.
This project started with the huge resin artwork we made from the moodboard colours. While being on the darker side it also reflects the world around it. Our clients moves in the metals world so mixing up these materials became a fun way to explore and be literal. While being subtle we’ve pulled in 16 metallic finishes.
As always lighting was key - uplighting, downlighting, feature lighting - we wanted it all, as long as it was subtle!"

"We designed our Lohja four chandelier and single Lahti ring for the connecting living areas at Wyelands Estate. These pieces worked really well within the space, it's always important to us to design the piece to fit within the space rather than the other way round.
The high ceilings worked well for the dramatic Lohja configuration which looks different from every angle. The abundance of natural light and mixed metal finishes throughout the space were drawn together by the brushed brass finish of our chandeliers."

"For the final piece, the client was looking for a statement chandelier to go above their gorgeous dining table. Our triple Lahti chandelier created a statement whilst allowing for the other elements to shine in the space too. We specified the piece in a brushed light burnished brass finish to compliment the accents of the brass in the fireplace and the darker tones in the parquet flooring."
